PerkinElmer is committed to protecting its dual-use controlled technology against any unauthorized export, transfer or release as required by the US Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and similar local regulations.
To this end, we require that the employees of our dealers undergo technology transfer training by viewing the ICP-MS Requirements Training webinar prior to dealing with PerkinElmer’s ICP-MS technology. Each employee is also required to certify his/her commitment in preventing any unauthorised export, transfer or release of PerkinElmer’s ICP-MS technology by signing a Controlled Technology Agreement.
